ErinSue Henry
Weight Loss Program Assistant

Sue is a lifelong resident of the Fort Wayne/New Haven community. She and her husband have one son and three grandsons. Reaching the weight of 245 pounds at the early age of 29 led to an unhealthy lifestyle of no exercise, too few fruits and vegetables and yo-yo dieting over a period of the next several years. Sue’s redefining moment came when she spent time with her mother in a nursing home and realized that she too was headed for the same outcome if she didn’t take steps to get fit and healthy.

Sue journey to health and wellness began November 5, 2008 when she became a part of KMBI’s 12 Week Weight Loss Program. She was able to transform her body and life through nutrition, strength training and yoga – now being more than 115 pounds “healthier” than she was at her top weight. She is proud of the fact that she is now a nutritarian.

Sue’s passion is to personally help others by walking with them through their journey to a healthy lifestyle – sharing her experiences as to how people can change their physical well-being by eating healthy and decreasing stress in their life by getting fit!
