Erica loves farmer's markets, the television show The Biggest Loser, organic skincare, and yoga. Erica's dream is to spread the joy of living and living well in her community. She was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan but has spent most of her life in the Fort Wayne area. Erica is the oldest of four children, and the daughter of two parents who instilled the value of living a healthy lifestyle from a young age. Erica graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Communication Studies. After college, Erica began working for a day spa in Indianapolis where she was promoted to General Manager. It was there that she discovered her passion for wellness. Erica has joined Kachmann Mind Body to pursue her dream of helping people reach their goals and live healthy lives!
