Frequently Asked Questions - Yoga

I’ve never taken a yoga class before where should I begin?

We understand that many people are new to yoga. We have classes specifically for beginners and we also offer private yoga sessions. If you are in good physical condition and can move freely on a yoga mat we suggest starting with our Yoga Fundamentals class, Gentle Restorative Yoga class or Tai Chi Fundamentals. If you have taken a few yoga classes before and would like a bit more movement we suggest Yoga Level 1.

If you are uncertain which class is best for you we recommend scheduling a private session with one of our skilled yoga teachers. You can contact us and we will schedule your private session. You will be given a detailed questionnaire and your yoga teacher will design a private session specifically for you.

What classes do you recommend if I have some yoga experience?

We suggest our Yoga Level 2, Vinyasa Flow, 5 Elements Yoga and Core Yoga if you are looking to advance further in your yoga practice.

What if I have injuries or I am recovering from an illness?
