I’m interested in the program but I cannot attend the info day, can I still join?

Yes the Free Info Day is just an option; you are still more than welcome to join it is not mandatory that you attend this session.

What do I have to do to sign up?

Simply go online and purchase the program or call or stop into the Institute we will take care of you from there.

Do people really loose weight in this program?

Yes not only are hundreds of people loosing weight but they are keeping it off. We teach people to get away from all the diets and begin to live life again and enjoy eating! So many people who begin this program can’t believe the food they can eat and still continue to loose weight. We teach life style strategies, we teach you how to live a healthy life and be kind to yourself and let go of unrealistic expectation often we can be our own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss.

How much weight can I expect to loose?

That is a difficult question to answer because we are all unique individuals. It really depends on how well you apply yourself and how closely you follow our suggestions. We generally see weight loss of 2-8 lbs a week, but prefer you loose weight slowly a few lbs a week. This is not a rapid diet program but a means to learn how to live a healthy life. You may have spent past years making not so good choices and the weight slowly crept on. In this program you make better and better choices, reprogram the subconscious and train yourself be accountable when you begin to do this the weight will melt off.

What if I don’t like to food on my meal plan?

No problem, we are just giving you general dietary recommendations it’s up to you to find food you truly like eating. If we don’t like the food we simply won’t eat it. Its important to LOVE eating again as you begin to understand nutritional content you will know what foods are the best choice and pick the nutrient dense foods you love to eat. Your meal planner is just a template for you, it can be modified and adjusted to become a delicious meal that you look forward to eating. Feel free to exchange meals and snacks from different days, just be sure that you are not going over the recommend calories and nutrients recommended. You can even choose foods that are not on the meal plan, but be sure these are similar in nutrient content. Be sure these are whole foods, for example you can exchange Oat Meal for Oat Bran or Broccoli for Brussel Sprouts. If you are not sure how to make these modifications

What if I can't attend one of the sessions?

You will have six months from Week One to make up any missed sessions. We will have other session date for you to choose from.

What if I have a disease, illness or health limitations?

Our program is an integrated program and we like to keep open communication with you and your doctor and/or Nutritionist. We understand most individuals are dealing with these issues and our program has helped hundreds get off of medications and reverse illness and disease. This program is ideal for those dealing with Hypertension, Heart Disease, Diabetes, Syndrome X, and other illness associated with obesity.

What if I don’t have access to Internet or email?

Our program is heavily supported by Internet and email if you do not have Internet access or email you can use a friend or family members email, we will send all the info to them. We can also put you on our print list for $7.50 charge, we can print out emails, and handouts and give these to you during the program.

Can I repeat the program?

Yes many of our members say that the program was so powerful that they like to hear the information a second time. You are welcome to join as many times as you like. You will simply register, and pay for the 12 Week Program that you choose to attend.

Do you have a continuing education program?

Yes we have a fantastic program Dr. Rudy Kachmann’s Weight Loss for Life. Dr. Kachmann’s Weight Loss For Life is designed for all those who have completed Dr. Kachmann’s 12 Week Weight Loss Program. Our program makes it easier to stay on track with weekly weigh-ins, exercise demonstrations, cooking demonstrations, trips to the grocery, dinning out, and healthy recipe exchanges. We will also be featuring expert, guest educators on various nutrition, fitness and mind body topics to open discussions and address specific questions. This program is held in the Kachmann Auditorium/Lutheran Hospital Campus - 6-7pm, Every Thursday in 2009.
